Fixed Windows
Fixed windows are usually windows which do not open, close or slide. They remain fixed all the time. No handles or accessories are fixed in these kinds of windows. This fixed window design can be used where there will be no passage of anything or anyone and is used only as natural light source.
Casement Windows/Doors
In this kind of design, window or door panel swings from left to right or right to left. Single door or double openable door can be given depending on the width of the aperture. Hardwares such as 2D, 3D or friction stay kind of hinges and with/without key espagnole lock & handles are normally used.
NOTE: Mosquito mesh cannot be given with this design.
2 Track 2 Panel Sliding Windows
In this design, there are two tracks in the frame and in each track, there would be one glass panel which will slide through left or right. We can attain 50% of opening at any point of time. Nylon or stainless-steel mosquito mesh can be provided at request. Hardware such as SS body nylon rollers and locks such as Touch lock, C handle with/without key, popup handles etc. are used.
3 Track 3 Panel Sliding Windows
In this design, there are three tracks, in the frame and in each track, there would be one glass panel which will slide through left or right. We can attain maximum of 66% opening. When mosquito mesh is required in this type of system, then one track will be dedicated for mosquito mesh and with the other two tracks, we can either have 2 glass panels or 4 glass panels, depending on the width of the aperture. We can attain maximum of 50% opening. Hardware such as SS body nylon rollers and locks such as Touch lock, C handle with/without key, popup handles etc. are used.
Slide and Fold
In this design, all the panels slide and folds and gets stacked at one side of the window. Minimum of 3 panel and up to 6 panels can be designed with this type of window or door. Accessories such as hanging rollers, guide rollers, summing on guide rails, espagnole with/without key, pop up handles and shoot bolt etc. are used.
We can attain maximum of 100% opening and note that no mosquito mesh can be used in this design.
Fixed and Casement Windows
These kind of combination windows can be done at customers request. We can have center fixed and both sides operable windows or both side fixed and center openable window or one side fixed and one side openable window. Percentage of fixed portion and openable portion can be varied as per request. No mosquito mesh can be provided for this kind of windows. Hardware such as 2D, 3D or friction stay hinges, with/without key espagnole locks, handles etc. are used.
Fixed and Sliding Windows
These kind of combination windows can be done at customers request. We can have center fixed and both sides sliding or one side fixed and other side sliding window. Percentage of fixed portion and sliding portion can be varied as per request. Mosquito mesh can also be provided in this type of combination windows. Hardware such as SS body nylon rollers and locks such as Touch lock, C handle with/without key, popup handles etc. are used.
Top Hung / Vertical Openable
In this kind of design windows panel opens from top to bottom or bottom to top. We can achieve 30-45% opening only with this design. Hardware such as friction stay hinges, espagnole handle, cockspur handles etc. are used. No mosquito mesh can be provided with this design.
Toilet Ventilators
Toilet Ventilators can be done with many designs, we can give just fixed glass, fixed louvers, moveable louvers or combinations like fixed glass with exhaust fan provision, louvers with exhaust fan provision, fixed glass + louvers with exhaust fan provision etc.
Fixed mosquito mesh can also be provided for this window.
